Gentle Pilates - 60 mins

A wonderful class to move your body gently.  We do some work on the mat and some of the class seated in a chair. This is perfect for anyone who wants to get moving, strengthen their body and find their flexibility again, even if you never had it in the first place!  It's also great if you find it tricky to get up and down off the floor as you can use the chair and we practise this & I have special techniques I can show you.

 

Clients find this class is a brilliant way to start to get fitter and find confidence in their every day life.  There's no pressure to do every exercise, I'm there to assist you and to find an adaptation to suit your ability and body.

 

Of course, it's ok to sit and watch as well.

Seated Pilates - 45 mins

A class that gets results.  Clients gain huge confidence & strength & become less anxious.  Mobility improves & simple tasks become easier.  Participation helps you to stay independent at home.

 

We work in the chair for the whole class, with an option to do 10 minutes standing, using the chair for support.  Results are incredible and clients have said this class has been more beneficial than similar classes & physio.

 

We laugh a lot & make new friends.  Everyone's welcome - some people come when they are recovering from a knee or hip replacement, others just don't want to get down on the floor & enjoy getting fit in the comfort of a chair.

A brilliant opportunity to start pilates.  

 

We work on breath, alignment and coordination.  Clients move their body in ways that build flexibility, strength and balance.  

 

With regular attendance, clients also get fittter & find great calmness in taking time to invest in their mental and physical health.  We use different props so every class is different, no class is ever the same!  Side-effects are weight lose, toning and improved mental agility.

Beginners Pilates - 60 mins

Mixed Ability - 60 mins

A great full body workout.  

 

Using different props we work through the matwork series on our front, back, side &  in seated & standing.  With a big focus on core strength, you will find your overall fitness quickly improves & any other sport or activity you do will become easier.

 

With strength, flexibility and balance improvements, this class is suitable for anyone who wants to get moving & look & feel better.   I adapt & modify the class as we go along to make sure everyone enjoys the session & works the right muscles.

Online Pilates - 45 mins

Mixed Ability

45 minute class to work the whole body.  We don't mess about, we get it done leaving time to get ready for work or to get the kids up - or just get up and do your exercise simply so you are ready for the day ahead!

Monday and Thursday - 0615

Seated, Gentle and Mixed Ability

45 minute classes on a Wednesday.  Choose the level you want to work at & join me from the comfort of your own home, just hide those snacks out of sight!!

Private Tuition

I offer 1:1 or 1:2 tuition at my new, purpose built home studio.

 

It's warm and friendly & I make a great cuppa.  

 

Perfect if you feel like you don't fancy working out with others & want some privacy.

 

A 1:1 is also a valuable way for you to dive deep into the way your body moves…and the ways it doesn’t like to move so much.

 

We can discover the very best exercises to challenge you and get personalised results.  It's a great investment in your health.
