Menopause comes at most of us like a runaway train. 

Boom, your hormones are in chaos and things change.  It feels like you are out of control; your body is different and your mind is all over the place.  There's so much information, there's so many opinions -  how can you start turning this round?

That's what I'm here for.

I'll guide you through the fog.

I'll show you why how you used to lose weight in your 20s and 30s doesn't work now.  

I'll explain why the exercise you used to do, now doesn't get the same results and can actually be making you put on weight, that's right, you are on self-destruct.

I'll explain why if you aren't sleeping well, you need to prioritise this first, because sleep is the key to finding freedom from sore joints, fatigue and weight gain.

If you want to live your life on your terms then let's take back control so you can pursue your passions. Whether that's working hard for that promotion at work or just being well enough to turn up for work.  Whether it's being able to run 5k or just being able to do the housework without being in pain.  Or, whether it's remembering why you even clicked on this page (!)  we work on your mind and body health.  This is life-changing.  

Nothing will change if you don't take action now.
