We are so lucky in South Oxfordshire to have beautiful village halls. Last night I taught in Hurley, between Henley, Maidenhead and Marlow. Look at the gorgeous beams! They are just high enough that when we did full shoulder flexion in standing we didn't bash our hands against them.
It's so important that we use these facilities and treasure them in our communities. The volunteers in Hurley do a brilliant job of keeping this place clean, warm and inviting.
